About / How I Can Help
You do not have to be ready to sell for me to be useful to you. If you have recently lost someone and a home is part of what they left behind, my first job is to help you understand your options, at your own pace. If a sale ever makes sense for your family, I can help with that too. If it does not, that is fine.
A Calm Guide When a Loved One's Home Is Involved
When someone passes away, a house can feel like one more heavy thing to figure out, often before you know what is even required. That is where I try to help. I work with families who have inherited a home, and I start by answering questions and explaining how these situations usually work, not by asking anyone to make a decision.
Over the years I have sat with many families early in this process. Some were months away from any sale. Some never sold at all and simply wanted to understand where they stood. I am glad to be a resource either way, and I am happy to point you toward an attorney or other professional when that is what you actually need.
My belief is simple: you deserve honest, plain answers and time to think. There is no pressure here, and reaching out does not commit you to selling anything. When you are ready to talk through the next step, I will be here to walk it with you.
How I Can Help
Years Helping Local Families
Years spent working with homeowners and families in this area, learning how to explain things clearly and how to make a hard moment a little easier.
Someone Local to Ask
A familiar face in the neighborhood who can answer questions about the home, the local market, and what tends to happen with an inherited house here.
Experience With Inherited Homes
Hands-on experience helping families understand their choices for an inherited home, and coordinating a sale later, only if and when the family decides it is right.
My Approach
Every family's situation is different, and I focus on listening first. You may be grieving, tired, and unsure where to begin. My goal is to help you understand what a home means for the estate in plain language, so you can take your time and make the choice that feels right for your family.
Patience
Understanding that you are going through a hard time, and meeting you where you are with care and no sense of rush.
Plain Answers
Explaining how these situations usually work in everyday words, so nothing feels confusing and you always know what to expect.
Honest Guidance
Helping you weigh your options without pressure, and telling you when the right next step is a conversation with an attorney instead.
